About Us
Small team. Shipped product.
Our Story
BashCoders started in 2020 with a simple idea: most software projects fail because teams treat code as the goal instead of the outcome. We wanted to build a small, senior team that actually ships, no junior churn, no hand-offs, no surprises.
Six years later, we're still small on purpose. Every project is led by a senior engineer from day one, every client talks to the people writing the code, and every line of code is written to survive the week after launch. That's it. That's the whole thing.
Who You Work With
Senior engineers, not juniors
What we believe
Three rules we don't break
Ship beats perfect
A working v1 in production teaches us more than a flawless v2 in a doc. We get it live, then we sharpen it.
Own the outcome
We don't hand off at deploy. If the metric didn't move, the work isn't done, and we say so first.
Senior from day one
No junior practice runs on your budget. The person scoping your project is the person writing the code.
