01: The problem
Most "web and mobile" agencies treat your product like commodity work.
You hire one. They scope it light, staff it junior, ship something that mostly works, and hand you a codebase nobody else can read. Six months later, your in-house team is rewriting the whole thing.
Or you've got a half-built project from a previous agency. Your last vendor disappeared, the codebase is undocumented, and the next agency you talked to just wants to start over for another six figures.
Or you've got a live app that's working, but it's slow, ugly, or fragile. You don't need a rebuild. You need someone competent to make it better, week by week, without breaking what already works.
We do all three. Same methodology, same fixed-scope discipline, same Production Guarantee. The thing that makes us an AI-first agency makes us a better web and mobile agency too, we ship production, not output.
We're an AI-first agency. We kept web and mobile as a first-class service because the AI you ship has to live inside a product your users can use, and because we're already good at it.
02: Right fit?
Is this the right fit?
Best for
- ✓Founders shipping a new web or mobile product (with or without AI in it)
- ✓SaaS or ops teams redesigning a tired product
- ✓Companies with a half-built project that needs someone competent to finish it
- ✓Teams who want a long-term partner for ongoing maintenance and feature work
- ✓Anyone who's been burned by a "we'll figure it out" agency and wants a fixed quote
Probably not
- —Pure marketing or brochure websites (a web design studio is a better fit)
- —One-week "quick task" requests, the overhead isn't worth it for either side
- —Projects without a decision-maker who can answer questions in under 48 hours
- —Codebases so legacy that the actual fix is a rewrite, but the budget is for a patch
03: What you get
What you get when we ship
We don't sell hours. We ship outcomes. Whichever one you need.
01Project takeovers and rescues
- Inheriting an unfinished build from a previous agency or in-house team
- Codebase audit, gap analysis, and a fixed quote to get to production
- Documentation pass so your next engineer can read the code
- Refactoring only when it's necessary, not as a billable upsell
02New product builds
- Web apps (SaaS dashboards, client portals, internal tools, marketplaces)
- Mobile apps (iPhone, Android, or both, native or cross-platform, your call)
- Branded UI and UX, not template-driven
- Auth, billing, admin, the full plumbing, not just a pretty front end
- Production hosting on your accounts, deployed and live
03Redesigns and revamps
- UI/UX overhauls without throwing away the working backend
- Mobile-responsive rework for legacy desktop-only apps
- Modern stack migrations (jQuery to React, monolith to API-first)
- Performance and accessibility upgrades alongside the visual work
04Maintenance and ongoing improvement
- Bug fixes, security patches, dependency upgrades on a regular cadence
- New feature work scoped per sprint
- Monitoring, uptime, and incident response (SLA-backed on retainer)
- Performance optimization, cost reviews, and infrastructure cleanup
04: How we work
The Production Path
Every engagement runs on the same 4-phase delivery system. No surprises. No "discovery phase that never ends." No hourly invoices.
Phase 1
Discover
1 week
A paid Scoping Sprint. We audit the existing stack (or design the new one), define the scope, and deliver a fixed quote for the build. Ends with a go/no-go.
Phase 2
Build
4–14 weeks
We ship in weekly milestones. You see working software every Friday, not a status update, the real product. Code reviews, deploys, and demos happen on a schedule you can plan against.
Phase 3
Harden
1–2 weeks
Performance, security, accessibility, browser and device testing, monitoring, deployment automation. We don't call it shipped until it's production-grade.
Phase 4
Operate
30 days included, retainer optional
Post-launch support included for 30 days. After that, optional retainer for ongoing maintenance, feature work, and operational support, most clients move into one for long-term partnership without hiring in-house.
05: Stack
The stack we ship on
We work in your stack when it's reasonable, and we recommend our defaults when you don't have one.
- Frontend (web)
- Next.js, React, TypeScript, Vue, Nuxt Tailwind, shadcn/ui, custom design systems HTML/CSS, vanilla JS where it fits
- Backend (web)
- Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Hono Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) PHP (Laravel) REST + GraphQL APIs
- Mobile
- iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) PWA when "kind of native" is enough
- Database & storage
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis Supabase, Firebase, PlanetScale S3-compatible object storage
- DevOps & infrastructure
- AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI Docker, Kubernetes when needed (and not when not) Monitoring: Sentry, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, New Relic
- Quality & testing
- Playwright, Cypress for E2E Vitest, Jest, PHPUnit, Pytest for unit tests Lighthouse and axe for performance and accessibility audits
06: Why us
Why we'll still be here when you launch
The Production Guarantee
If your project doesn't ship, we don't invoice the final milestone. We're accountable for production, not hours.
You own everything
Code, design files, infrastructure, deployment pipelines. Hosted on your accounts. No license fees. No vendor lock-in. You can fire us and take the whole project tomorrow.
Methodology in the open
The full Production Path is published. Phase by phase, what you get, what we need from you, exit criteria. The only thing we don't publish is pricing, that's quoted after scoping.
NDA standard
Every engagement is covered by an NDA by default. Mutual NDA on request before the scoping call.
07: FAQ
Frequently asked
How long does a typical web or mobile project take?+
New web app build: 6–14 weeks depending on scope New mobile app build: 8–16 weeks depending on platform and scope Redesigns and revamps: 4–10 weeks Project takeovers / rescues: 3–8 weeks (depends heavily on the state we inherit) Plus a 1-week Scoping Sprint up front. Exact timeline lands in the fixed quote.
Do you do native, cross-platform, or PWA for mobile?+
All three, we pick based on your needs. Native (Swift / Kotlin) when platform-specific UX matters or you need deep device features. Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) when one team should ship to both stores. PWA when web is "almost enough." We'll recommend on the scoping call, but you decide.
Can you take over a half-built project from another agency or developer?+
Yes, frequently. The Scoping Sprint becomes a codebase audit: what's there, what's missing, what's salvageable, what needs replacing. You walk away with a fixed quote to get to production, regardless of where the previous team left off.
What if our codebase is messy or undocumented?+
That's most takeovers. We document as part of the audit. We refactor only what we have to, no billable rewrites disguised as cleanup. By the end of the engagement, your code is production-grade and your next engineer can read it.
Can you work alongside our existing development team?+
Yes, frequently. We document properly, write code that reads like yours, and hand off cleanly.
Do you do AI features on web and mobile builds?+
We're an AI-first agency, so yes, but we won't push AI when the use case doesn't justify it. Simple AI features (chat, search, summarization) are available as part of any build. For complex agentic features or custom AI pipelines, see the AI Integration & Automation or Agentic AI service pages.
What about ongoing maintenance once it's live?+
Most clients move into a retainer for Phase 4, bug fixes, dependency upgrades, security patches, new feature work, monitoring. SLA-backed if your business needs it. Some take the codebase fully in-house and we hand off cleanly. Both are fine.
Who owns the code?+
You do. Full source, full design files, full infrastructure on your accounts. No license fees, no revenue share, no long-term hooks.
